“Planting Seeds for the Future” Garden Party

The Asian American Youth Giving Circle participated in “Planting Seeds for the Future. The beautiful garden party took place on April 23rd, 2022, at the Chinese Community Center.

AAYGC donated $5,000 and helped raise over $80,000 to support mental health services for the youth.  Members helped with securing sponsorships, setting up, modeling, selling raffle tickets, and assisting with brick sales, and cleaning up.

By hosting this event, the giving circle wants to raise awareness and help Asian youth feel supported in their struggles with mental illness.
